Try your new mattress for up to 60 days after delivery, if you find the mattress is not comfortable or does not meet your expectations during this period, we will offer one (1) exchange for a different mattress.
Please note that there will be a 10% restock/return fee based on the value of the mattress (original invoice price) plus a $99 delivery charge. If your reselection is less than the original price you paid, we refund you the difference. If your reselection is more than your original price, you will pay the difference. Any promotions/special pricing is nullified at point of exchange. (Standard retail pricing applies to the products being switched out.) Adjustable bases and foundations/box springs do not qualify for a comfort guarantee.
This offer is on any premium mattress purchased over $699 and above (before taxes) and that is not a floor model or otherwise ineligible purchase (closeouts, “as-is” products excluded). As it takes time to assimilate to your new sleeping surface, we require that you sleep on your new mattress a minimum of 30 nights prior to making a final judgment. This gives you enough time to properly adjust to the new mattress. Again, the trial date begins when you receive your mattress and can only be used once per customer. If for some reason after the 30 days and before the 60th you decide to return the mattress, then you can start a return request by simply calling us at (865) 444–8330.
This policy is designed to give customers peace of mind and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We do ask only two things of you and they are non-negotiable.
- You must try your new mattress at home for 30 nights minimum. We will not activate this policy or initiate a return before the 30-night period is up. It is likely the first few nights to weeks you may feel a little achy, stiff, or sore. This is simply your body and muscles discovering a new normal.
- We will only accept a return if it is 100% free of stains, odors, and body fluids. Our delivery team will inspect the mattress using a black light UV flashlight before picking it up. If stains or soiled areas are found, regardless of size or nature, we will not accept them for return.
- To participate in our 60-Day Guarantee policy you must purchase our mattress protection with your mattress (invoice and receipt to pre-date delivery) and use the NEW protector during your trial period.
