The 60-Night Comfort Guarantee applies only to the following brands:

King Koil
Beautyrest Black
Serta iComfort & iSeries
Helix Sleep
Puffy
DreamCloud
Nectar
How the Comfort Guarantee Works
We want you to love your new mattress. After delivery, you may try your mattress in your home for up to 60 nights. If, during this period, you feel the mattress is not comfortable or does not meet your expectations, you may qualify for a one-time mattress exchange.
To allow your body time to properly adjust to a new sleep surface, we require a minimum trial period of 30 nights before any exchange or return request can be initiated.
Exchange Terms
If you choose to exchange your mattress:
A 10% restocking fee will apply based on the original mattress purchase price.
A $99 re-delivery fee will also apply.
Your replacement mattress must be equal to or greater than the original purchase price.
If the new mattress is higher in price, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Promotional pricing and special offers from the original purchase do not carry over to the replacement mattress. Current retail pricing will apply at the time of exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
This Comfort Guarantee is available only on:
Premium mattresses priced at $1,999 or more before tax
New mattresses only (floor models, closeouts, clearance, and “as-is” merchandise are excluded)
Adjustable bases, foundations, and box springs are not eligible for the Comfort Guarantee.
Important Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange under this policy:
The mattress must be used for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting an exchange.
The mattress must be completely free of stains, odors, damage, or bodily fluids.
All returned mattresses will be inspected by our delivery team using a UV black light prior to pick up. Any staining or soiling, regardless of size, will void eligibility for return or exchange.
Mattress Protector Requirement
Participation in the 60-Night Comfort Guarantee requires the purchase and use of a new mattress protector at the time of mattress purchase. The mattress protector purchase must appear on the original invoice dated prior to delivery.
